📩 When Will I Receive My Funded Account Details?

Before a funded account can be issued, a short verification process must take place to ensure everything is compliant with Nostro’s platform rules and requirements.

The Funded Account Process

When you successfully complete the evaluation stages, the following steps occur:

1. Identity Verification (KYC)

You will first be required to complete automated identity verification (KYC).
This confirms your identity and ensures all accounts on the platform are operated by verified traders.

2. Trading Agreement

Once your identity has been verified, you will receive a trading agreement which must be reviewed and accepted before proceeding.

3. Trading Review

Your evaluation trading activity will then go through systematic and manual checks to confirm that:

  • All Nostro trading rules were followed

  • No restricted strategies were used

  • Risk management requirements were respected

  • Trading behaviour meets platform standards

4. Funded Account Issuance

After the verification and review process is complete, you will be issued a fresh set of account credentials which act as your funded account.

Exception:
If you are participating in the Nostro Free Challenge, the funded stage continues on the same account number rather than issuing a new account.

Timeframe

We aim to complete the full verification and review process within 1–5 business days in most cases.

However, timeframes may vary depending on:

  • Platform demand

  • Verification volume

  • Manual review requirements

The 1–5 day timeframe is a target, not a guaranteed processing time.

Important Notes

  • Standard Nostro challenges receive a new funded account after review.

  • Free Challenge accounts remain on the same account number.

  • The verification process ensures the platform remains fair, secure, and compliant.

Summary

After passing your evaluation:
