# ⚠️ What Happens If I Frequently Violate the Rules on Nostro?

Nostro’s trading rules are in place to ensure a **fair, disciplined, and sustainable trading environment** for all users.

If a trader repeatedly violates the platform rules, this will be reflected through the **breach system**.

#### **Types of Breaches**

Nostro operates with three types of rule events:

**Hard Breach**

A hard breach immediately ends the account. Trading privileges are disabled and the account is moved to a breached state.

**Soft Breach**

Soft breaches act as warnings when a rule has been violated but the account can continue trading.

- In **evaluation**, soft breaches do not prevent you from progressing as long as you do not reach a third soft breach.
- A **third soft breach automatically converts into a hard breach**, which ends the account.

**Action Required**

Certain events may require you to provide evidence or clarification. If you fail to respond within the required timeframe, the event may convert into a hard breach.

#### **Repeated Rule Violations**

If a trader repeatedly breaks rules or attempts to abuse the platform, Nostro reserves the right to take additional action, which may include:

- Closing accounts
- Restricting platform access
- Permanent platform bans in severe cases

These measures exist to protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fair conditions for all traders.
