🌐 VPN, VPS, and IP Address Usage Policy

To maintain a fair and transparent trading environment, Nostro monitors connection data such as IP addresses and device activity. This helps ensure that all accounts are operated by the registered trader and that no prohibited trading behaviour is occurring.

VPN and VPS Usage

Nostro strongly recommends that traders operate their accounts without using VPN or VPS services.

While the use of VPN or VPS services is not strictly prohibited, these tools can sometimes interfere with accurate data tracking within our internal monitoring systems.

If suspicious activity occurs on an account while a VPN or VPS is being used, this may significantly influence our assessment when determining whether the platform rules or terms have been violated.

Account Management Restrictions

Each Nostro account must be managed exclusively by the registered account holder.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Sharing login credentials with other individuals

  • Allowing another trader to operate your account

  • Using third-party account management services

  • Participating in “pass your challenge” services

  • Using external copy trading services

If any of these activities are detected, the account may be immediately terminated, and the trader may be permanently suspended from the Nostro platform.

IP Address Guidelines

Trading From Multiple IP Addresses

Traders may access their account from different IP addresses, provided the account is always managed by the registered user.

However, frequent or irregular IP changes may trigger additional monitoring or investigation.

IP Sharing Is Prohibited

Multiple traders must not trade from the same IP address. This behaviour may indicate group trading or coordinated trading, which is not permitted on the platform.

Detection of shared IP activity may result in account disqualification or termination.

Changes in IP Location

If your IP address location changes to another country, Nostro may request verification confirming your physical presence in that location.

Failure to provide sufficient verification may lead to account suspension or termination.
