The Nostro Wallet is a platform feature designed to help traders maximise value, reduce withdrawal friction, and reinvest profits efficiently across the Nostro ecosystem.

By choosing to use the Nostro Wallet, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. What Is the Nostro Wallet?

The Nostro Wallet is a platform credit system that allows eligible users to receive simulated payout balances and use them across the Nostro platform.

Wallet balances:

Are not real money
Cannot be withdrawn externally
Can only be redeemed for Nostro products and services

2. Wallet Eligibility & Funding

Wallet balances can only be credited via:
- Profits earned from funded Nostro accounts when the wallet payout option is selected
You cannot deposit personal funds into your Nostro Wallet
Wallets exist solely as an optional payout destination for simulated funded profits

3. Wallet Bonus

When profits are withdrawn to the Nostro Wallet, a bonus may be applied
Bonus amounts, structures, and availability:
- May vary
- Are subject to change
- Are displayed at the time of payout request

Due to the presence of wallet bonuses:

Discount codes cannot be used when paying with wallet funds
Wallet funds and bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash or external transfers

4. Using Wallet Funds

Wallet balances may be used to purchase:

Trading challenges
Courses and educational products
Competitions
Other products or services offered on the Nostro platform

If the wallet balance is insufficient to cover a purchase:

You may combine wallet funds with an additional payment method at checkout
This will be clearly displayed before payment is completed

5. Withdrawals & Cash Value

Wallet balances are non-withdrawable
Wallet balances have no cash or monetary value
Wallet funds cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the Nostro platform

Wallet balances represent simulated platform credits only.

6. Breaches, Bans & Forfeiture

Nostro reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

Suspend
Reduce
Forfeit
Remove

any wallet balance (including bonuses) if a user is found to be:

Breaching platform rules
Engaging in prohibited trading behaviour
Attempting to exploit wallet mechanics
Violating Nostro’s Terms of Service

If an account is banned or permanently removed from the platform:

There is no entitlement to any wallet balance
All wallet funds may be forfeited without compensation

7. Platform Discretion

Nostro reserves the right to:

Modify wallet terms at any time
Change bonus structures
Introduce limits or restrictions
Withdraw wallet functionality entirely

Continued use of the wallet constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By:

Selecting the Nostro Wallet as a payout option, or
Using wallet funds on the platform

you confirm that you:
