💰 How Do I Request a Payout From My Funded Nostro Markets Account?

Once you reach the funded stage, payouts operate on a 14-day payout cycle starting from the date your funded account is issued.

Understanding the Payout Cycle

  • You become eligible to request a payout every 14 days.

  • Your payout date is fixed and can be viewed in your Trader Dashboard.

  • If you do nothing on your payout date, your profits will automatically roll over into the next payout cycle.

This rollover feature allows traders to compound their balance and potentially generate larger returns.

If the payout request is not submitted on that day, the profits will automatically roll into the next cycle.

Please note that customer support cannot manually adjust payout dates, as the payout cycle is built directly into the system logic.

How to Request a Payout

Payouts can be requested directly through the Trader Dashboard in your Nostro back office.

When submitting a payout request, please ensure:

  • Your payout method is selected correctly

  • Your profile details are complete and accurate

  • For bank wire payouts, your full address and postcode must be filled in to avoid processing delays

Payout Review Process

Every payout request is reviewed by our risk management team before processing.

Although the system automatically monitors trading activity, the review process exists because:

  • Trading data contains millions of lines of tick data

  • Markets generate data multiple times per second

Due to this complexity, a manual review ensures the system has not missed any rule violations or irregularities.

If an issue is identified during the payout review process, the payout may be reduced proportionally or rejected depending on the nature of the rule breach.
