# 🤖 Can I Check If My EA Complies With Nostro’s Trading Rules?

Yes. If you plan to use an **Expert Advisor (EA)** on the Nostro platform, you may be asked to verify that it complies with our trading rules.

#### **EA Usage on Nostro**

Nostro allows traders to use **Expert Advisors during the evaluation stages**, provided that the EA is **your own work and strategy**, and not a publicly available EA purchased or downloaded from a marketplace.

This rule exists to ensure that the platform is used by **genuine traders developing and executing their own strategies**.

#### **EA Restrictions in the Funded Stage**

Expert Advisors are **not permitted in the funded stage**.

Funded accounts require **full attention and active management by the trader**, and therefore trading must be conducted **manually rather than through automated systems**.

#### **Verification Process**

If our system detects trading activity generated by an EA during the evaluation stages, this may trigger an **Action Required notification** in your dashboard.

In this case, you may be asked to provide evidence that:

- The EA was **developed by you**
- You **own the rights to the EA**
- The strategy behind the EA is **your own**

If your EA is a **trade copier**, you may also be asked to provide proof that the **source account belongs to you**.

#### **Important Notes**

Even if your EA is approved during the evaluation stage, it must still comply with all Nostro platform rules, including:

- Risk management rules
- Restricted trading strategies
- Platform trading guidelines

#### **Summary**

✔ EAs are allowed **during evaluation stages if they are your own work**

✔ Marketplace or publicly available EAs are **not permitted**

✔ EAs are **not allowed in the funded stage**

✔ The system may request **verification of EA ownership**
