🧠 What Does Nostro Markets Do?

Nostro Markets is an online trading challenge platform designed to identify skilled traders and reward disciplined trading behaviour.

Users pay to participate in a trading evaluation, where they must demonstrate that they can trade responsibly while following strict risk management rules. If they successfully complete the challenge and continue trading profitably, they may become eligible to receive real payouts based on their performance.

Nostro is not a broker, bank, or investment fund. Instead, we provide a performance-based trading program that evaluates trading strategies in a simulated trading environment.

⚙️ How the Nostro Program Works

1️⃣ Create an Account

Users begin by registering on the Nostro Markets website.

At this stage:

  • They are simply a registered user

  • No trading account is issued yet

🛒 2️⃣ Purchase a Trading Challenge

To participate, users purchase a trading challenge.

This is a one-off participation fee that grants access to the evaluation program.

Important:

  • The fee is not a deposit

  • It is not an investment

  • It is simply the cost of participating in the challenge

Challenges come in different account sizes and structures.

💻 3️⃣ Trade on a Simulated Account

Once the challenge is purchased, the user receives access to a simulated trading account.

This account may display a large balance (for example $10,000, $50,000, etc.), but it is not real capital.

Traders must:

  • Reach the profit target

  • Stay within drawdown limits

  • Follow strict risk management rules

All trading is conducted using real market price data, but no real funds are being traded.

📉 4️⃣ Most Traders Do Not Pass

Like any trading environment, most participants will not complete the challenge successfully.

This can happen if a trader:

  • Breaks a trading rule

  • Exceeds drawdown limits

  • Fails to reach the profit target

When this happens, the challenge ends and the trader may purchase another challenge if they wish to try again.

📈 5️⃣ Successful Traders Progress

Traders who successfully pass the evaluation phases may progress to the funded stage.

Being funded does not mean real capital is given to the trader.

Instead:

  • The trader continues trading in a simulated funded account

  • Their performance may now become eligible for real payouts

💰 6️⃣ Funded Traders Can Receive Payouts

If a funded trader:

  • Trades profitably

  • Follows all rules

  • Meets all requirements

They may request a payout from Nostro.

Payouts are:

  • Real cash payments

  • Based on simulated trading performance

  • Manually reviewed before approval

Only a small percentage of traders reach this stage.

🛡 Why Risk Management Rules Exist

Because trading takes place in a simulated environment while payouts are real, strict rules are required to ensure the system operates fairly.

These rules include limits such as:

  • Daily drawdown limits

  • Maximum total drawdown

  • Risk per trade restrictions

  • Stop-loss requirements

  • Prohibited trading strategies

Our Risk Management System (RMS) continuously monitors trading activity to ensure all rules are followed.

💳 What Is the Nostro Wallet?

The Nostro Wallet is an internal balance within the platform.

Instead of withdrawing payouts externally, traders may choose to:

  • Withdraw profits to their Nostro Wallet

  • Receive a bonus on wallet withdrawals

  • Use the wallet balance to purchase new challenges or platform products

This allows traders to reinvest in their trading journey directly on the platform.

🎮 What Is the Nostro Mastery System?

The Mastery System is Nostro’s gamified rewards program.

Traders can earn additional wallet rewards by:

  • Trading consistently

  • Remaining active on the platform

  • Following rules responsibly

  • Participating in the ecosystem long-term

Mastery rewards encourage disciplined behaviour rather than risky trading.

  • A place where traders invest capital
