🤝 Nostro Affiliate Scheme – Full Rulebook

Welcome to the Nostro Affiliate Program.

This document explains exactly how commissions, discount codes, sales progression, and payout logic work. Please read carefully to fully understand how earnings are calculated.

1️⃣ How You Earn

You can earn commission in two ways:

1. Referral Activity

When a user signs up using your referral link and makes a purchase.

2. Discount Codes

You can create your own discount codes and choose how much discount to offer (within your level’s limit).

2️⃣ How Levels Work

Your level is based on total sales volume generated, not number of referrals.

As your total tracked sales increase, you unlock higher levels with:

  • Higher maximum discount code limits
  • Higher commission percentages

Sales thresholds are shown in your dashboard.

🥉 Bronze

Discount Code Limit

Up to 20% total

Commission (No Discount Code Used)

  • First-time purchase: 25%
  • Repeat purchase (lifetime): 5%

Commission (Discount Code Used)

  • First-time purchase with discount: 5%
  • Repeat purchase with discount: 2%

🥈 Silver

Discount Code Limit

Up to 30% total

Commission (No Discount Code Used)

  • First-time purchase: 35%
  • Repeat purchase (lifetime): 10%

Commission (Discount Code Used)

  • First-time purchase with discount: 7%
  • Repeat purchase with discount: 3%

🥇 Gold

Discount Code Limit

Up to 40% total

Commission (No Discount Code Used)

  • First-time purchase: 45%
  • Repeat purchase (lifetime): 12%

Commission (Discount Code Used)

  • First-time purchase with discount: 8%
  • Repeat purchase with discount: 4%

💎 Diamond

Discount Code Limit

Up to 50% total

Commission (No Discount Code Used)

  • First-time purchase: 50%
  • Repeat purchase (lifetime): 15%

Commission (Discount Code Used)

  • First-time purchase with discount: 10%
  • Repeat purchase with discount: 5%

Diamond is currently the highest public level.

3️⃣ Discount Code System Explained

You are not given a fixed discount code.

Instead, you can:

  • Create your own custom codes
  • Choose the discount percentage (within your level limit)
  • Split the value between customer discount and your commission

Example (Gold – 40% max):

  • 20% discount + 20% commission
  • 30% discount + 10% commission
  • 40% commission + 0% discount

The total cannot exceed your level’s maximum.

🚨 4️⃣ Priority Rules (Very Important)

The system follows strict priority logic.

Scenario A: Customer Uses an Affiliate Discount Code

If a customer uses any affiliate-issued discount code:

  • The discount code takes full priority.
  • The affiliate who issued the discount code receives the commission.
  • The original referring affiliate receives nothing.
  • Referral tracking is overridden.

This applies regardless of who originally referred the user.

Scenario B: Customer Uses a Platform-Issued Discount Code

If a customer uses a platform-issued discount code:

  • The referring affiliate still receives commission.
  • Commission is paid using the “with discount code” rates for their level.
  • Referral logic still applies.
  • Discounted commission rates apply.

Scenario C: No Discount Code Used

If no discount code is used:

  • Standard referral commission rates apply (the higher “no discount” rates).

5️⃣ First-Time vs Repeat Purchase Defined

First-Time Purchase
 The first ever purchase a user makes on Nostro.

Repeat (Lifetime) Purchase
 Any purchase after the first.

The system tracks this automatically.

6️⃣ What Counts Toward Sales Progression?

Sales progression is based on:

  • Completed purchases
  • Successfully processed payments
  • Non-refunded transactions

Refunded purchases do not count.
Fraudulent activity does not count.
Chargebacks may reverse commissions.

7️⃣ Payout Structure

  • Commissions are tracked in your dashboard.
  • Pending commissions require admin approval.
  • Payout timing and minimum thresholds are displayed inside the affiliate panel.
  • Nostro reserves the right to review suspicious transactions before approval.

8️⃣ Abuse & Enforcement

The following is strictly prohibited:

  • Self-referrals
  • Using your own discount codes
  • Creating fake accounts
  • Commission stacking
  • Manipulating IP/device tracking
  • Tier manipulation
  • Refund exploitation

If abuse is detected:

  • Commission may be reversed
  • Levels may be downgraded
  • Affiliate access may be suspended or permanently banned

All decisions are at management discretion.

9️⃣ Important Notes

  • Discount codes cannot be stacked.
  • Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
  • Commission is calculated on the final transaction amount.
  • Nostro may modify level thresholds or commission structures in the future.
  • Participation in the affiliate program constitutes agreement to these terms.

🔟 System Summary (Simplified)

If NO discount code → higher commission rates apply.

If Affiliate discount code → that affiliate gets paid, original referrer gets nothing.

If Platform discount code → referrer gets paid, but reduced commission applies.

Sales increase your level.
Higher level = higher commission + bigger discount limits.
