📊 Nostro Account States Explained

Throughout your journey on Nostro, your account will move through several account states. These states help you understand exactly where you are in the evaluation process and what actions (if any) are taking place on your account.

Each state is clearly visible inside your Trader Dashboard, and may also appear in emails or notifications from the platform.

Below is a breakdown of what each account state means.

🟢 Active

The Active state is used during the evaluation phases.

This means:

• Your evaluation account is currently live and trading

• No rules have been breached

• You are actively working toward your profit target and progression to the next phase

If your account shows Active, everything is operating normally and you can continue trading.

🚨 Breached

The Breached state applies to both evaluation and funded accounts.

This state is triggered when a rule is violated, such as:

• Exceeding daily drawdown

• Exceeding maximum drawdown

• Breaking a risk rule

• Violating platform trading rules

When an account is breached:

• Trading is immediately disabled

• All trades may be closed automatically

• The account is considered failed

Once breached, the account cannot be restored.

⏳ Pending Review

Pending Review is a temporary state that occurs when you complete a phase and submit it for progression.

During this stage:

• The account is locked for review

• Our systems verify that all trading rules were followed

• Trading is temporarily disabled

This review period lasts up to approximately 6 hours, while the system verifies your trading data.

🔐 Pending Funded

If you successfully complete all evaluation phases, your account will move to Pending Funded.

This means your account has passed the evaluation and is preparing for funding.

During this stage we complete several checks, including:

• KYC identity verification

• Funded trader agreement signing

• Risk and rule compliance checks

Once these steps are completed, your account will be upgraded to the Funded stage.

💰 Funded

The Funded state means your account has been fully approved and you are now trading under the funded trader rules.

At this stage:

• Your account is active

• Trading is fully enabled

• You are eligible to earn payouts based on your trading performance

This is the final stage of the Nostro evaluation process.

🔒 Closed

The Closed state means the account has been permanently terminated.

This may happen for several reasons, including:

• Administrative closure by the Nostro team

• Removal of a user from the platform

• System closure of an account

• Other operational reasons

Once an account is Closed, it is no longer usable and cannot be reactivated.
